Wonder if that new CB1100R concept bike they had up a few years ago will get another lease of life ? 😎

From all reports, these 1100’s are a bit slow, and only average to ride.
I had a real close look when they were released here about 2 years ago, but didn’t put the money on the table. From what I hear, I should be glad of that. But I’m sure there are those that love them.

As for the CB1100R concept bike…I’d have one of those in the garage tomorrow if they ever built them.

Had they updated the 83 1100F I would’ve been more interested but this is a bit early CB sohc range retro isn’t it? I think they missed a trick with the CB1300 when they went up against the Bandit, XJR and ZRX… a fat tired and modern suspensioned version of the 83 CB1100F would have been better.

I quite like it and gets a decent review, however I also have a CB1300 and I love it. Each to their own I guess, but it ticks all the boxes for me.

Now as for that CB1100 R Concept, id like a go on that.

Second that Nat, love the look of the CB1300 too. Just wished they made more of the Japan only CB1300’R’ version. This is the racing version below…
