Edrick Elliot contacted me through the club Face book page. He has a Paddock Stand that was used when he raced a CB1100RB he believes the stand to be original Honda. There were 2 stands supplied by Honda 07965MA30000 for the RB and 07965MA30001 for the RC/RD. I see no reason why either stand would not work with all bikes and from the picture this stand looks like an RC/RD type. He is looking for £200+P&P which he wants to sponsor another rider in the TT 2017.
