For me these screws need to be replicas not replacement’s.
August 24, 2012 at 8:33 am #10783Nat_PMemberHi,
Right , spoken to Phill this morning. Bolts on their way to him.
He will start off by making exact copies of the originals. For ease of ordering, I have agreed with Phill to do them in sets. ( I figured that you would want all the bolts on your bike to match ) Each set will contain 10 bolts ( 4 front fairing x4 rear fairing x2 seat cowl )
I am sure Phill will be happy to supply individual bolts.
Once Phill has received the bolts, the whole process will be much easier. I will get him to keep the bolts on record and eventually I guess it will be just a case of call Phill and he will deal with you directly.
Once we have numbers for Original sets, then we can move on to other sets, be it cross head or allen head, both of which he can do.Regards,

August 24, 2012 at 10:17 am #10786Trevor HughesKeymasterGood work Nat.
Obviously RB owners won’t need the front fairing bolts and seat tail bolts, however the rear fairing bolts are the same 90142-MA3-000 on the RB where a full set is 6.

Please put my name down for a set for an RC.
Thanks
danAugust 25, 2012 at 7:26 am #10790AnonymousInactiveNat,
Wondering how the detail of this is going to work. Is Phil able to chrome plate odd sets as and when people order, or will he have to do a certain number of
bolts at a time? I imagine this would have a bearing on the price.. the more you order, the less they cost.So was there any indication on the price as yet ?
Ordering in “sets” might not work to well for some. i.e. I have enough spare cowl bolts but might could do with some seat fairing bolts. As Trev points
out the RB’s don’t need the front fairing bolts but SIX seat fairing types.August 25, 2012 at 9:13 am #10791Trevor HughesKeymasterSteve
Phil Denton works in Stainless Steel therefore there is no need for chrome plating. All that is required is a good polish.
Original look without the chance of any rust.
