not in perfect condition or totally original, but I’d say the price worth it… and you don’t have to go all the way to australia to get this

I quite like that, but with non original parts like big expensive ones such as the exhaust think thats a bit much.

Still, I may take a look………….shipping isn’t going to be cheap.

Hi all, am I missing something here…?

The so called RB1 was just an RB without the half fairing – it wasn’t needed for Australia racing. So why wouldn’t anyone just take a standard RB – take off the fairing and fairing stay and fit a CB900 headlight and mirrors to get the authentic RB1 look..?

Not seen him for a while but I recall that Andy J had one already in this trim…. easier than a shipment from Europe/Australia I reckon :confused:

Question, is there any way of telling a genuine RB1 from an RB that has been made to look like an RB1 ………….?

If the Honda parts list is to be believed, all original RB1’s were sent to Australia with frame numbers between SC05 2000009 & 2000029. They had short rear mudguards and rear lights with the reflectors on each side.
This Portuguese bike has been fitted with RC/RD wheels, RC/RD red seat, RC/RD rear seat fairing, RC/RD generator cover and other aftermarket parts.
