Prices like this just add value to the replica parts your mate was going to make. How is he getting on with them?
it’s good for pushing our bikes value up:)….but not so good if you need parts……
he’s not made anything as he needs a minimum order to start….i’m guessing people would rather hang out for oe stuff than have replica parts….I actually do not think the prices are all that crazy. More a reflection of what good quality used parts are worth. Like the bikes themselves, where the good examples do not come up for general sale all that often and the ones that do then command and often obtain a higher price than an average machine needing more money spending on it. If the parts required lots of repair work on top of the purchase price then maybe not such a good buy but from the description and pictures then I would think the new owner will be quite pleased.
