hello , can anybody tell me in what country the 2018 meeting will be held and what month, I know its a long time off but I need to plan ahead.

At the 2016 meeting in Norway it was announced that the 2018 event will be held in Germany. No official date yet announced, however I would expect it to be sometime in June.
