Had so much fun last year just had to come back..!
Great ride around the course this morning and a couple of beers at Paddock Carnival in the sunshine
    this afternoon. .
We must have missed the call to clear pit lane so Simon’s RD features as the backdrop.
Racing starts tomorrow. .weather is looking good too
You don’t know what you’re missing.

Glenn. Those of us who attended the meeting last year know exactly what we are missing and I for one am very jealous!

Back home again after a great weekend on the Island – some great weather – no rain at all whilst we were there..!! Some great bikes, a few great rides around the course and a nice few cold beers to finish off with.
Apart from the delays to racing because of Manx communication ‘technical’ issues it was a superb weekend.
Just a pity it rained all the way back home from Chester though… :(

This might well be a future feature in the calendar – no where near as ‘full on’ as the TT in June but with all the names and the bikes there..
Are well – just have to unpack and clean the ‘old girl’ now..

Just got back yesterday from a few weeks out in the bush thinking I’ve had a good time. You lucky, lucky bar****** got to do this again. one day I’ll get back and have another lap or two around that great place, sounds like it was good.

It was good Brian – it looks to be getting better each year – not so ‘full on’ as the TT – that said the Mountain Road was closed most of Sunday – did a full lap of the circuit with Simon B early Sunday the road was quiet and we couldn’t stop smiling so we looped back along the coast road to Ramsey via Laxey only to find the Mountain road closed so we ended up at Jurby Festival for a while. Went back to go over the Mountain again on the way back only to find the road still closed.

Later found that there had been a double fatality (one Brit, one German) at the Mountain Box with three bikes involved and two on fire that damaged the road – we had just missed it in the morning apparently – so one still needs to take care even when the place is quiet…

    Cheers..
